Returns & Refunds

We take great care in curating and presenting our collection of design and art objects. Should you wish to return a purchase, the following terms apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement by email only before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging, with all accompanying materials included. You are permitted to handle and inspect the items to the extent necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. Any depreciation in value resulting from handling beyond this scope may be deducted from the refund.

Given the nature of design and art objects, we strongly recommend handling all items with particular care to avoid damage or alteration.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned goods, or proof of their return, we will process the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days thereafter. The reimbursement will include the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery, where applicable.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, the cost and responsibility for return shipping rests with the customer. We advise using a secure and trackable shipping service and ensuring that items are appropriately packaged, as you remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Items made to order or personalized to your specifications

• Digital content supplied in a non-tangible medium, where performance has begun with your prior consent
