We sell original design and art products, which may include:

  • Prints, posters, and digital downloads

  • Handmade or limited-edition items

  • Custom or made-to-order artwork

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

2A. Nature of Artistic Products

All products sold by Natural Material Studio are artistic and/or handcrafted in nature. As such:

  • Each item may feature natural variations in color, texture, composition, or finish

  • Handmade or limited-edition pieces are inherently unique and may differ slightly from product images

  • No two items are guaranteed to be identical, even within the same edition or series

These variations are not considered defects but part of the artistic value and originality of the product.

2B. Product Images & Representation

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device

  • Framing, cropping, or presentation in images may vary slightly from the delivered product

  • For prints and digital reproductions, minor differences in scale or tone may occur

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these possible differences.

2C. Limited Editions & One-of-a-Kind Works

  • Some items are sold as limited editions, and once sold out, they will not be reproduced

  • Certain works are one-of-a-kind, meaning you are purchasing the only existing piece

We reserve the right to define and manage edition sizes at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in local currencies and include VAT where applicable.

  • The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by the destination country

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

  • All payment methods are visible on our product pages.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Orders

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., due to stock issues or suspected fraud).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Some products are made to order, in this case information will be visible on the product page.

  • If your order is made to order, production begins after your order is confirmed (and payment is received, unless otherwise agreed).

  • Estimated production times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on workload and materials.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

  • Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds (EU Compliance)

If you are a consumer in the EU:

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exceptions :

    • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

    • Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

Refunds are issued after we receive the returned item in original condition.

6A. Returns Related to Artistic Variation

Due to the nature of art and design products:

  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted solely based on subjective preferences (e.g., “it looks slightly different than expected”)

  • Variations described in Section 2A are not valid grounds for claiming defects

Your statutory rights (including the 14-day EU withdrawal right) remain unaffected, except where legal exceptions apply (e.g., custom-made items).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including artwork, designs, images, and text—is owned by Natural Material Studio.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell our artwork

  • Use our designs for commercial purposes without permission

8. Custom Work

For commissioned or custom pieces:

  • A clear agreement will be made before production

  • Payment terms and revision limits will be specified

  • Custom work is non-refundable once production begins

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Losses resulting from misuse of our products

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
