Shipping Policy

We carefully pack and ship all design and art objects to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time
If your order contains products in stock,  orders are processed within 5-7  business days. For made-to-order or limited-edition pieces, processing times may be longer and will be specified on the product page.

Shipping Within the EU
We ship across the European Union. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the destination. No customs duties apply within the EU.

International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by location (typically 5–14 business days). Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Packaging
All items are securely packaged using protective and, where possible, sustainable materials. Fragile artworks receive extra care and specialized packaging.

Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to customs, carriers, or high demand periods. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Include photos of any damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
